About Us
Our Team
Two sisters, Karen and Wendy,
Southampton born and Scottish bred.
We buy tired, empty, distressed hotels, we sprinkle them with love and stardust and create places where great memories are made.
Our Philosophy
We are also passionate about pets and all our places are pet friendly.
We also support raising awareness of the link between abuse of animals and abuse of people. Lobbying landlords to allow pets in their properties and enabling families fleeing domestic violence to take their pets with them.
Our Specialities
Buying businesses and property, and training and mentoring others to do the same.
We are currently looking to meet independent hotels owners who are looking to retire in the next 5 years.
We also pay a finders fees for ‘off market’ opportunities that we subsequently purchase. Get in touch today!
